Panel „Innovative urban design and placemaking”
Yesterday, after the panel “Innovative urban design and placemaking. The city as a laboratory for sustainable initiatives, cross-sectoral innovation and community-oriented strategies” during the 14th PLGBC Green Building Summit, in which I talked about the experience of children in urban space, a listener approached me.
She said that my speech and my 3L principle (listen, learn, love – I wrote about it here: The 3L Rule) in my work with children inspired her to talk to her son about his experience of the city.
That’s what I’m here for. That’s why I talk to children, conduct workshops with them, and then pass on to adults what I have learned from children.
Thank you for the inspiring discussion and the opportunity to remind myself why I am doing my cityfochildren.pl project and why I should talk about it as much as possible!
